Calor is the UK’s leading provider of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG), and the first and only energy provider to supply BioLPG – a new green and renewable fuel source – to UK businesses in the transport and logistics sector.
Available for forklift trucks and heavy goods vehicles, BioLPG is created from renewable, ethically-sourced feedstocks. BioLPG is chemically identical to conventional LPG, making it a drop-in fuel, so there is no need for fleets already using LPG to alter any equipment or supply infrastructure.
Significantly cleaner and quieter than their diesel counterparts, and less costly and offering faster refuelling capabilities than electric models, BioLPG can help FLT fleets realise a wide range of benefits. Minimum carbon savings of 20 per cent and up to 32 per cent are possible, based on a blend of 40 per cent BioLPG and 60 per cent conventional LPG, and the type of feedstocks used.

Founded in 2015, Syft has grown to become the UK’s market leading flexible staffing platform in the industrial, hospitality and events sectors.
Employers and jobseekers directly connect through Syft’s open and transparent marketplace. Businesses save time and money, have control and choice in their staffing decisions, and can access workers on-demand. Syft workers - Syfters - are paid at £9+ per hour and earn perks, plus have the choice to work when and where they want. Before Syfters can access jobs, they have to attend an onboarding session, which is a thorough face-to-face vetting process. Syft’s experienced internal team verifies each worker’s background, skills, legal compliance and relevant industry certification.
Additionally, all industrial workers have to pass tests which assess numerical, verbal and reasoning skills. This means Syft has thousands of guaranteed high-quality workers that businesses can rely on for every shift, essentially an extension to full-time staff.
